Muslim Support-Dawah
From Shahada to Serenity — We’re With You
Embracing Islam is the beginning of a lifelong journey, not a finish line. At Dawah Institute – Detroit, we understand the questions, emotions, and challenges that come after the shahada. Our role is to ensure that no new Muslim navigates this journey alone.
Our Support Program Includes:

Welcome Package:
Every new Muslim receives essential resources, including the Qur’an, a prayer rug, beginner guidebooks, and trusted community contacts to help establish daily worship.

One-on-One Mentorship
A trained mentor provides personalized guidance, answers questions, and offers encouragement for up to one year.

Foundations Classes
Beginner-friendly classes covering how to pray, core beliefs, Islamic ethics, and daily practice — taught with clarity and patience.

Support Circles
Monthly gatherings that allow new Muslims to ask questions, share experiences, and build confidence in a supportive environment

Community Integration
Invitations to masjid activities, Eid celebrations, volunteer opportunities, and social events to help new Muslims feel truly at home.
